Yeah, we drove up for about an hour, and just took pictures. Everything was soaked. Even the bouldering face of Island block was totally soaked. I think that was the first time I've ever seen it even remotely damp.

This happened on Sunday? Too bad about the bridge. That was a nice bridge. How do you get to the climbs now?

If you come in on the main road to McConnell's Mills off of 422, just stop by the park office and pick up a map of the park. Or make a left onto 422 from McConnell's Mills Rd, make a left at Mt. Hope Furnace Rd, then make a left onto Wilson Rd, and lastly a right onto Rim Rd. This is only if you're going to the Rim Road area obviously. By now no one is even reading this anymore anyway.....

Just a bridge update... I check out the park for the first time a few days ago.. didnt climb anything, still waiting on a sprained ankle I injured a while ago bouldering, BUT I ran into a ranger who said they're hoping to have the bridge open by the end of June. As of now, there's new lumber all over the place and its blocked off with trespassing signs, but I safely crossed it on foot anyway :) (I wanted to see that mill!) -Zeffe

Bridge Warning: I checked last weekend and the bridge is still out, but I just wanted everyone to know, don't get caught crossing the bridge by a ranger, they don't like that  . Does anyone know when they plan to reopen the bridge?

Hey all Mills climbers, the bridge is up and repaired again. I can't show you any pictures, but I saw in the newspaper the new look of the bridge and it appears similar to the old bridge and it should be open and ready for use now.
