Sorry, no beta for you here - it was a bit over my head.
But....
If memory serves, that was FA'd by Bob D, who is a member of this site. Hopefully he'll see this and reply - you can also just PM him.
Either way, he'll have beta on it - I'm pretty sure he's climbed all of the good 12's down there (even the few he didn't put up).
