I just got into climbing this January in Utah, and I'm hooked. Thing is, I had to go home (northern Austria) for a couple months before I can start my MA program at USU. SO, I'm trying to get as much climbing in as possible - so far with way too few climbing partners. The rock and the areas are amazing (granite and limestone in Upper Austria, scenic long routes in the Salzkammergut - which is really close - and a myriad of varied sport routes in Tyrol, where I will be studying until November), gear is not a problem, I'm ready for roadtrips or short-notice adventures and can offer a place to crash for anyone who's just stopping by on the way to somewhere else (not recommended, though; this is a cool place to 'linger longer'). 5.10a may be my limit right now, but I'm working on that - and can belay you up anything. I LOVE multipitches but feel like 5.7s and 5.8s are my comfort zone there. The most I dare lead at this point is 5.7 (5.8 if I have to; I'd do a whole lot at the moment, just to get out on the rock). Let me know if this sounds like something that might interest you!

I am from WA state, but living in Rattenberg, Austria. Looking for partners for anything, long, short, trad routes, bouldering, alpine, what ever. Just need to pull down...
