Hi,
If I were you I would try and contact The Mountain Club of Namibia. They have some of the best climbing over there just by the way... Eckart Haber wrote an amazing RD for the Spitzkoppe and I think he is the chairman of the club, but I doubt if you'll be able to find it in Germany. Go have a look on their website and in the meanwhile I will get hold of his contact details and send them through to you...
That place is amazing, we were there last year on a geology tour and the one day we had free for climbing it rained - yes it rained... But we'll be back...
