I heard there was a notice on a bulletin board near the parking area that said bouldering has prohibited @ Tourne Park.
Can anyone verify this?

Yea its true...they discourage rock climbing but there is no enforcment on this rule and see nothing wrong with climbing in a way that is friendly to the area.
