im thinking of heading there over winter break...will it be too cold? i live in reno and frequently make mid-winter trips to smith--will it be colder than that? or warmer?

are there lots of climbers with whom i can snag some climbing? esp. if my friend falls through and doesn't go (which most likely will happen)? i know lots of international crags are cool like that, so hopefully potrero is too...

yep, i was there for 10 days in late Nov. 2002 -- weather was great -- no problem finding partners.
