...and this is why we stress the importance of wearing helmets while doing long, multi-pitch trad routes on loose block! You never know when rubber-headed militants might start launching rocks down onto your cranium. (Is it just me, or were they still "flexing" while unconscious?) I'm a little concerned as to the amount of slack in the rope in the first picture. And it looks as though the right leg loop of Skip's harness is a little loose in the undercling traverse pic. (You can never be too safe here people!....Plastic is fragile!) *Grin* [ This Message was edited by: hangerlessbolt on 2002-05-27 13:40 ]

Did anybody else notice the subliminal muckraking going on here? Hrmmm, let's see ... Buddy Dean, also often referred to as B.D. Who else in the climbing world has those initials. Oh, I know, Black Diamond. And then there's Moose, which if you think about it is just a few consanants short of Metolius. So, under the guise of cheap, meaningless humor OP is actually attempting to turn the climbing world against the two power-houses in a desperate plan to take over as the number one climbing manufacturer in America ... perhaps even the world. ... Or not. Maybe it is just cheap humor.

This brings me back to my childhood. I remember we used to bury our GI Joe and dig him up again with the mummy. If only I had discovered climbing back then just think of the other adventures Joe could have had. It almost makes me want to do it again. Ah yes. I am going to have a baby soon. He is a boy. (We checked) I get a second chance!!

HILARIOUS! Both Omega Man adventures were great! Since I'm stuck home with bronchitis, maybe I'll borrow some of my siblings' toys and act out some climbing scenes in the rock pile out back.
