Are you satisfied with your career path/lifestyle choice? What are the ups and downs? Do you still enjoy climbing, or burnt out/no time? My wife and I are considering becoming buisness owners and debating between opening a new gym, or going the retail direction. Any stratigic advice to help insure success? Thanks, Matt

I've been in the biz for 12+ years and I still love it. I get out climbing about once a week and a couple of more days on other hobbies. Out of the 30K people in your town how many are kids to young adults with disposable income? That will be the primary factor in success. If you can build your own walls and thus keep startup expenses/debt down it would help out quite a bit. If you have specific questions let me know.
