Hi there. Will Victoria be too hot in January for climbing, especially Arapiles and Grampians, etc? thanks. -Hamid

Many climbers head up to Mt Buffalo over summer, due to the heat. But climbing in the Grampians or Arapiles is still possible over January, you just have to climb accordingly. Such as sticking to the shadier walls and gullys, climbing in the early morning and late afternoon with a siesta during the middle of the day. Cheers Martin
