I grew up at the mouth of Little Cottonwood canyon in Utah. Took my first climbing class in about 1973 but didnt really climb much until 1977. Climbed extensively in Utah through about 1989. Moved to Kansas for 7 years and it surprises me how much I climbed while living there. Northern Arkansas and Oklahoma have some pretty good stuff, not big but good crags. Lived in Bend, OR for a few years before ending up in the desert of Eastern Washington....
I have climbed rock, ice and some mountains in the lower 48. I like big walls, crags, sport, mountaineering etc.
