Description:
Obvious dihedral crack with big holds. Don't get sucked too far into the back of the crack, though, without long slings to prevent rope drag. I have seen someone who had rope drag so bad that he couldn't continue up. (As long he had his beer, he seemed to be okay, though.) Gear can be a little less obvious than you might expect. Set up a solid trad anchor on top. To get down, you can either walk over to the chain anchors for Fear of Flying, and rap, or hop up into the woods and walk in the other direction (east) to the access scramble.

Climbed up this thing for a warm-up(?) before hitting the Off-width right next to it. Was really just trying to figure out what gear to take for the upper section of the off-width. Both were a lot of dirty fun!

THis is a great climb with lots of good moves and is long. It had some difficult areas to protect, mostly at the top. FUn and worth trying. It looks like it takes a lot of large gear from the ground, but once you are up there is was mostly small gear with a few midsize peices.
