In reply to: what is the typical entry price for a comp like this? spectating is usually free right? do you think they would let me go (tp spectate) if i volunteered to do something over there? i am wanting to go the L.R.C. leg oh and 50$ to watch; 50$ to compete i don't mind donating but believe (imo, so shush bhahah) that 50$ to spectate is ridiculous.

IIRC, for HP40 spectating is free, though the landowner may levy a charge for admission to the land (normal policy).

Congrats on the intermediate win too ^-^ It turns out I was close to placing, but kept getting thrown off the top of Honzo Blade, which as everyone was glad to tell me all day, is the easy part. Even though I was pissed as hell that I coulnd't get it, and then a bit more miffed when I found out that kept me from placing, it was a kickass weekend. I climbed harder than I figured I would, and the rock was awesome, and I can't wait for HP40. The one downside was they ran out of meat burritos by the time my bus rolled in. But other than that, flawless.

In reply to: yeah "curt" is the kurt the rep. spelled his name wrong the first time. :) Thanks for the clarification/confirmation, C. ... sometimes takes us "old folks" a few moments or more to figure things out...
In reply to: were you working pocket problem btw, when SOMEBODY had to pull a god dammed millipede off the finish hold? no - however, i was one of the chicks that pointed out to the other chicks that millipedes do in fact bite and to avoid stickn' her finger in its way and/or vex it. only way neuroshock recognized me was my chalk bag (had a hello kitty patch on it). blk

In reply to: were you working pocket problem btw, when SOMEBODY had to pull a god dammed millipede off the finish hold? your reaction to finding that that was pretty funny  i thought you were going to squash it when you were going for the finish. nice job on the win!
In reply to: only way neuroshock recognized me was my chalk bag (had a hello kitty patch on it). that's not quite true. i recognized you from your profile pic but the chalk bag removed any doubts i had :)
