Unfortunately, no. It's partially subsidized, but it isn't a "public park" in the traditional sense. Probably cost a bundle of dough, but not sure!

Sorry to spoil the fun. The Company I work for (Turner Construction) has been trying to get a similar project built in LA for years, The owners can't ever come up with enough cash. It is supposed to include: Skate Park Climbing Wall Wave pool Snowboard half-pipe I don't think it is ever going to happen, but the drawings were pretty bada$$

I don't care about anything written in this thread but one damn thing...I WANT AN OOMPA LOOMPA DAMMIT. Think about it, your very own painted midget sherpa. And those outfits, forget about it. Seriously though--I've been trying to get my community on board for a whitewater park on our river, and the powers that be think it is completely idiotic. Even though it could be funded by the state, and provide revenue for our community, and bring a little youth culture along with it. Not to mention we have a campus,blah blah blah. Dude--you don't have enough bread to build something like that, It's only a dream...but a good one.
