ANNOUNCING THE CHANDLER MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE
- Make a difference in the life of a child by climbing!

Solid Rock - Climbers for Christ’s 5th Annual Chandler Mountain Challenge at Horse Pens 40 near Steele, AL will be on Saturday, February 11, 2012. You are receiving this invitation because you have been at or interested in our past CMC events.

Our focus this year is “The More You Climb, the Greater the Gift!” It will be a “Bouldering Benefit” for Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up. What that means is this - for every V-point bouldered by a registered climber, a dollar will be donated by SRCFC and other sponsors to buy medicine for African children with AIDS (up to at least $2000). For example, if you bouldered four V4s, $16 would be given because of your participation.

So please make every effort to come out to Horse Pens 40. You will have an awesome bouldering session and make a difference in some children’s lives. The day will conclude with a free dinner and presentation on climbing in Mexico by me (SRCFC’s National Director from Bend, OR). There are more details about the event below and a listing of our sponsors.

RSVP - Registration is at the event but if you are planning on coming, email us office@srcfc.org or post your attendance online at http://www.facebook.com/events/167364433368609/.

Finally, help us get the word out wonderful opportunity to help children! Forward this email on to others who might be interested. Download a poster at www.srcfc.org/CMC12HalfPosterTwoUP.pdf and place in your gym, climbing shop, etc..

Thanks and blessings,

Calvin Landrus
SRCFC National Director
