So what does everyone think my chances are? Who's your money on? Is he a weak armchair climber that will fold like an accordian after the first punch, or will he grab me by the ponytail and toss me around like a sack of potatos?

You'll want to wash your hands afterwards.
Also if there's any asskicking going on, from the....er....tone of the earlier posts, you might have to consider the implications of losing a shoe.

No one showed up that afternoon but I may be at Vic's coffee in north Boulder a few mornings in August. If you catch me before my third latte you might have a chance at whipping me, especially with my new "network engineer" body modification efforts, which involve long periods gazing slackjawed at router neighbor topologies and slowly (oh hell, rapidly) chewing through at least one bag of all 800 known brands of gourmet potato chips.
