More Info:
I'm a long-time bike nut trying something new. I've been climbing steadily on rock, ice or in the gym for 3 years. I'm pretty solid following up to 5.7, and can follow 5.8's a bit more slowly. Will take a stab at 5.9's, and the occasional 5.10, on toprope. I've started leading easy stuff, and am comfortable on most 5.3's and now moving through the 5.4's. Have a rack and ropes.
I am very safetly conscious and prefer to climb with folks who take safety seriously. I can pick up car-less partners at the NP bus station, or at Pok. or Wappingers train stations.
I finished my 3rd season ice climbing. I lead W3 and follow up to W4. Can follow 4+ on a good day.
