I found this to be a good product for climbing, theres no focus, but at least its bright, and waterproof, other companies are not and if u drop them in a puddle they will get messed up, i scuba dive and stand by princeton tech. There just great lights, you can drop them or throw them on the ground(pretty hard)and they stand up very well. Ive had a few for almost 5 years, these are not headlamps though, only had my headlamp for about 3 years.

This was my first headlamp. Now that I have a couple BD headlamps, I never use this one.
The focus is too tight, which makes it difficult to use for up close viewing. I don't notice any difference between the two reflectors. The reflector is too small for seeing any significant distance and isn't focuasable.
I do like how readlily avalible and inexpensive the bulbs are. You can PR get bulbs anywhere and in almost any power rating.
It seems really burly, but mine has a crack in the plastic. It hasn't failed, but I don't really trust it for any real abuse. It is very water resistant, though.
Changing the bulbs to save batteries is a pain because there are so many pieces. No wonder it comes with a bag.
It isn't the most comfortable light.
All in all it isn't a bad light, but you can do better for less money.

Bought this before going to JTree last week end.
It was pretty cheap, it works well and I found it very comfortable.
However, I didn't find that much of a difference between the two bulbs.
A good buy.

Fits head nice, better if worn with a helmet. The headlamp is also very durable, I've had mine for 4 years now and have dropped it many a time.

The only problem with it is that after worn for extended periods you will begin to have a sore spot on your forehead from the light. It is due to the elastic straps holding it on tight.
