About Box Canyon:
Box Canyon is home to some 25 sport routes ranging from 5.7 – 5.13+. The rock is limestone and is highly textured. Routes are generally slabby with some steeper lines in the .11–.13 range. Box Canyon is also a WSA and home to sensitive archeological sites. The local BLM has been generous enough to allow the routes to remain. Please tread lightly here and be courteous to others. |
