| Directions: | From Bozeman @ four corners take US 191 about 21 miles up into Gallatin Canyon towards Big Sky. There is a pull out under the formation on the right (Gallatin Tower) but the formations on the opposite side of the river needs to be approached from the pullout just after the 35 mph bridge and across the river from the Lava Lake trailhead. The climbers trail begins by walking underneath the bridge to avoid crossing the road. |
