About South Seas:
Mostly thin face routes on sharp granite. Most of the routes are sport, but there are also plenty of trad and mixed lines as well. This area also has some of the best moderate climbing in the Rushmore area. |

Directions: | Drive past Mt Rushmore to a large parking area on both sides of the highway near a Mt Rushmore National Monument sign. Head downhill on the trail that is on the right side of the road. Spires are visible through the trees from the parking area. |
