The stand start was difficult enough for me : 10 tries or so in 2 years...

Yep, I'm living in Cologne so Belgium isn't far away. Actually it is for me since I don't have a car. Looks like there's some nice climbing though. Haven't climbed much sport on limestone before but I'm always up for new things. How's Freyer (only place I've heard of before)

Dr.crack wrote: sweden granite sounds intresting, when is the best time to go there? Well, in the summer it is either to hot or rains. Winter and autumn can be great if the weather is steady (it usually isn't) => I'd say spring gives the best probability to have good conditions. And finally, congrat's Marc!!!

thanks all of you! had a nice sit-in with friends and some new people. @dr.crack: maybe saturday? @ribiere: that thing is really hard for 5c. couldnt do the standing start at first, so I tried the sit start, which is even better.

Hey Rasto! How did your exams work out? Everything on the positive side? I think the climbing trip to Saxony will be replaced by weekend of hiking. Doesn't seem dry enough to really climb there Sure we'll bring the ropes though. Hope dies last. - Daniel

Hope dies last. - Daniel thats a real bummer, but sandstone does seem to take a bit longer to dry, not to mention most types are really brittle when wet. yes, i passed them all so now i just have to wait for the profs to put them into my index so i can enlist in the next year. if you noticed... i kindof wasnt online so much in the last two weeks or so. they were really stressfull, but it payed off. you can check my myspace blog for the details its "myspaces domain"/rjereb (dont want any spammers so i wont put up the whole adress, but you can figure it out yourselves)
tallnik wrote: dies last = dries fast ? ? ? lol, indeed. the weather is really shitty here too. i hope it will dry out enough on sunday to get some real climbing in, but i kindof doubt it. the temps are pretty much what you wold expect at the end of november and was raining on and off fot the last two days or so. the weather really conspired against climbers in the last month. it was fine in the spring, but i had to lie it off. damn.
