So Daniel, that weekend would work for you? If we find at least on other person who's in for sure I say we book the Herr der Ringe.

Hi UA, I'm arriving in Montreal on Sept. 30. I'll be making my way West coast some time after that with my car. What're your plans?

Seems Bernd has his famous 'Sandsteinwochen' this date, so I doubt we can book him. Nonetheless I'd say we just go. Maybe Heiko (not Heikino, where's he anyway?) joins us (not that he has any experience in Elbsandstein, but he always gives me a good feel), and I don't know about Kirstan, that American girl who pm'd me. I guess we could find another guide by contacting Bergsport Arnold. If all goes wrong, we can go at our own. I did this knot sling stuff before and if we stick to easiest terrain, it should be possible to get something done. If not Rasto comes to save our days Have a nice one all!

Beautiful pics. Definitely looks like high quality climbing. One can hint the claustrophobia in your eyes. "Offwidth climbing is the closest you can ever come to telling the truth" Marc told me you climbed the chimney pitch with his gore-tex jacket around your waist. auch...

Don't know about camping, but it's a fine area. I will be in dresden that week, but going for a day bouldering in szesnik/sjechie, just across the border. (Maybe even stone will come, but that is not definite)
