Yeah, I remember it getting quite hot up there in the summer. I went apple and cherry picking in the Okanargan in July and it got to 44C for about 5 days in a row. It was toasty!

It will be worth it; by the time you finish, maybe the market will be going up and you will make a good profit!  Nathan should work at a housing supply place and get a mad discount. Like home decrap? We have been trying not to by from there if we can. I thought they were supposed to have really good prices on everything. A lot of the time there prices really aren't that good though. That makes it all the easier to not buy from them. It kinda is a one stop shop though. So that makes it hard not to buy from them sometimes too. Until Walmart buys them I guess we will be getting some stuff from HD.
I spent yesterday and this morning installing windows on the new addition and my dad's friend was saying that Lowe's and HD are in pretty high competition since the housing market has gone down. Within pennies of each other, etc.
walmart better knott take over HD...

When I bought the wood for our deck the local lumber yard blew HD out of the water. And the wood was probably better to.
The place w got our tile from was cheaper too, and had way more to pick from.
