I've got it as an xmas present, it just hasn't been purchased yet. My dad gave me some gas money instead so I could come home for turkey day. It's a sure thing, but I could've gotten a sweeter deal for those prices.

Alright, a buddy and I are going to be at the festival (our first time there). We are looking for crash space. We can pay, but would prefer to split a room more than 2 ways, or find something cheaper than the 70-80/night that I've been seeing. Any suggestions? PM me if you have crash space available. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, My name is Clint and I am up here in Anchorage, AK. I'm really hoping to get down to Ouray for the Ice Fest in January. Actually, I'm hoping to fly into Denver on the 1st or 2nd. I would like to go to Ouray as soon as possible upon arriving there, then stay in Ouray until the 12th. The only problem is that I'll be looking for a ride. So, if anyone thinks they will be going down to Ouray in early January, or if they know someone who will be, I would really appreciate the reference. If there is a bus system that could get me tehre too, that would be great. Basically, any info would be appreciated. I'd love to carpool with someone, would split gas. As far as climbing partners go, I've got a crap load of them down in Ouray already, just looking for a ride. Please email me at ClintHelander AT Gmail.com if you have any suggestions. Thanks, Clint in AK

Anybody possibly have some couch or floor space for a couple climbers headed out to the festival? I am working with the NSCD at Winter Park in Colorado this winter. If anybody had room then I would be happy to return the favor and host a few people in Winter Park this year for a trip. Besides having a slick pad, I can swing half price lift tickets. Drop me a e-mail at csloveless@gmail.com.

So I have been puttering around looking at all the info for Ouray 08 and was curious if its cool to pitch a tent in proximity to the park without getting evicted from property. I would hope to dirtbag as much as possible since funds are always low in the winter time. If it cant be done there then where and is anyone willing to split hotel rooms and belays? If you have any ideas let me know. I really wanna go and hang out at some of the clinics.
