I guess he's just two-hanging his PTFTWs these days, too. Hopefully he'll push the two hang on to the next page soon.

well, shit, exhausted and slammed with work, but here's the extended weakend report, with added spray, since the 'vous did not really get as wet as everyone thought it would.

Decided to do the weekend car-less to save some money. Rode down with a couple gumbs who had posted for a rideshare. One was excited to place gear for the first time, the other was excited to climb on ropes outside for the first time. Both dropped hints that they wunzted to climb with me, which I deflected like teflon. The two were also signed up to volunteer for the vous, and I may or may not have drunkenly pointed and laffed at them a few days later as they were standing around directing parking in the cold rain.

Anyway, dropped into the event, it was the first night so it was mostly locals there. No beer yet, but the moonshine and gatoritas were flowing. There was a pissass weak version of karaoke going on, with Jack's favorite washeduphasbeen dj-ing, so I had to step up and throw some shit down. There is video of it, but I would appreciate if all views are kept to grupe. Later on during another song, I may have yelled into the mic, "we gonna drop this beat like a trango cinch!" Which got the whole trango team to wince, while everyone else cheered. Tusoon?

Friday, got up, climbed the climbs with a friend of a friend who turned out to be pretty rad, as well as honeybeccs and the pegbored champ. The rock was a bit damp, but it was a good day. The friend of a friend was named Camden, and I joked that sometimes one of my nicknames was "cam," for camhead, and he was like, "that's not really you," in disgust. It was embarrassing.

Took two runs on my kind-of-prodge, a really fun manufactured line, and failed at the upper 11a slab both times. Bummer. Why couldn't they have kept chipping and glueing on that part? Downed a pibbers tallboy, sat back and peanut galleried it as I put the others on Lena's favorite "Hueco not Waco." They did not think it was as bad, and also did not use the shaky flake. I did not get on it; I think I'm just going to keep telling people it's awesome. At the end of the day, I was a bit buzzed empty stomach, 32 oz of beer in me. Jumped on the prodge and fired the rig, or whatever kids are saying these days. I was pleasantly surprised to see this morning that it is listed as a Bee and not an A, eh, but it did not really feel that hard. Erie guardless, I'll take it.

Went back to the fest, slideshows were kind of lame. Saturday, climbed with some C-bus folks, Lena, and a few others. Rock was really shitty in the morning, the gnargnar sport cave was dank, yo, in a bad way, but we wound up going to a nice moderately steep crag in the afternoon ad having a great time. My friend Mike, who's been bailing up a storm this season, managed to get two 12a's second go apiece, and was pretty psyched. That night was the big party, or whatevah. Had been psyched to go dance with random hot climber chicks, but instead we took pics of the chossmarmots doing bad things to drivel's tshirt, and then went home to bed.

Climbed at the lake on Sunday, because that's what we always do. Was feeling pretty beat, my foot was swollen and miserable from the hike in, and I almost fell off Apollo Reed (ZING). Left the crag to swim right as all the pro's arrived. Whole drive back was miserable, and my foot is still throbbing. Swimming hurts the LisPaul, too.

the end.

"that's not really you" meaning "that's not a good nickmane for you" or "I can't believe that you're that notfunny douchefase from the internet".

Heh!

I had a random experience after the table bouldering, where a guy I didn't know asked me if my name was Lena, and whether I was Lena from rc.com, but wouldn't tell me his username, said he was "just reading" and internet was a crazy place.

I also had people ask me whether i had trained for it (the table bouldering). I laffed. But I should have directed then to Mr.Pegboard for training questions. Or maybe to that camhead guy.

Somehow I do not think that hangboreding really would translate all that well to table bouldering. We all know that Lena crushed it simply because she was short, though.

On the way home, we came up with an idea for the Enormocast drinking game. Pretty simple. Every time he mentions Rifle, the Creek, or the Black, take a drink.

Also agree that Jen Vennon is a profoundly annoying person, at least on that show.

huh. photobucket changed their format and added those weird urls in. oh well.

I did not opt for gold fillings. I don't even think I was offered gold fillings. Mad

However, there is a grillz shop 3 blocks from my house.

A couple of my old fillings had to be removed because a cavity started to form at the edge of them. Not sure if it was shoddy workmanship in the first place or what.

But because of that I think I only have a couple of my old metal fillings left. They now fill them with some white epoxy or something now.

That's what my dentist did, except when she got the old fillings out, she claimed that one of the teeth had a crack under where the old filling was, and if she didn't put a crown there, she'd have to miss a boat payment. Oh wait, no, that's what I heard. I think she said something like "blah blah has to have a crown or your tooth will snap in half blah blah."

Course I could've told her to fuck off, but then I'd have had a nice naked half a tooth with a huge hole it until I found another dentist to get a second opinion. So now I just look like a russian mafia's scrawny nephew with a mouth full of bling.

GO

I am honestly surprised that a dentist would put on a gold crown these days. I have a crown on one tooth, and it is the white epoxy/ceramic stuff, whatever it is, the same thing that they make implants from. I don't think there was even discussion of whether to make it gold, or not. And it was really cool to watch it being made from the imprint.

you watched? I was sobbing quietly with my eyes closed, after that sadist ground my tooth down to the root with a dremel. The other dremel.

Some masked chick squirting water on it so it didn't melt, while burnt tasting tooth dust fell down my throat.

teh suk.

I think I mentioned a few months ago how I had to get a minor filling put in on my upper incisor. It was weird, having that whole upper lip/nose area numb, but after the appointment, I took advantage of the numbness to do an EPIC nose hair pulling sesh. It was very satisfying.

Last time I had a filling done, to replace an old one on an upper molar, the numbness went all the way into my eye. Never happened before, but it was a very weird feeling. even worse when the numbness started going away, and It felt like my eye was crawling with ants.

I fucking hate novocaine. I didn't get any for this crown. I'd rather have a little pain than feel like one side of my face is melting.

Last time they injected me, I think they nicked a blood vessel. Did you know novocaine is closely related to cocaine? Anyway, the shit must've gone directly to my heart, cause I'm sitting there, and suddenly I'm sweating profusely and my heartbeat jumps to 220 bpm. Good timez.

GO

Um, you are speaking to a card-carrying nerd who went through school in Mother Russia, where chemical structure memorization is considered important, you know that, right? Yes, cocaine, novocaine, lidocaine, benzocaine, cocaine... all have benzene ring and some other chemical structure commonalities. And cocaine is actually used as anesthetic still. Angelic

And the rest of us just didn't care......

Aside fro ma few raindrops here and there, didn't really rain, and the rock got drier and drier.

Rendezvous was fun. Chossmarmots talked me into signing up for table bouldering, and in a fit of insanity, I agreed. I now have humongous bruises on both arms to prove that i can crawl over table every which way. And I haven't even been drunk when I agreed to this!

Speaking of which, in round one Nathan faced a really big dude who he managed to beat. And then in round two he fortunatly lost.

Still had to listen to him complain bout his elbow periodically on Sunday and Monday though.

i don't remember if it was part of anything official or just drunkenness, but we had tailgate and general truck bouldering one year.

I wasn't around when that happened. But this time it was a table that was specifically built for the purpose.
And by specifially built, you mean the legs were bolted down so it didn't tip over on you. Frankly, only midgets and munchkins (and Lena) had any chance because of the tight squeeze through the legs at each end.

Good one camhat. You must have missed the earlier episode where he laid out those exact same rules for the Enormo drinking game. I think if he mentions freerider you have to finish your drink.

Aw fuck. I thought my friend Guy had come up with that joke on his own. I'll have to call him out, now.

I also looked up Kelly Cordes's margarita recipe. It is not that complicated, plus he says that real men do no do frozen margies. I disagree.
