I have never seen anyone IRL wearing one of those side-cutout swimsuits, so I am curious how it would work out for you. But I know what you mean about swimsuit shopping being really hard. I haven't bought a swimsuit in at least 5 years.... The ones I have still fit and are still fine, considering how little use they are getting. But I have never been overwhelmingly happy with any of the swimsuits I've had over time. They are all a mix-and-match of bikini tops and bottoms, nothing particularly interesting. When I was just swimming at the pool regularly, I got the 1piece basic Speedo that was not fancy in any way shape or form, plain one-color blue. It worked great for swimming laps. But it did nothing to enhance or feminize my chest muscles.

I'm working too much, not sleeping enough and now I think I'm sick. It also helped quite a bit of have a specific goal for what I was training for. Yes, I want to climb well this summer, but that's way to general to get me training when I'm not in the mood. IWC was good to keep me going. Not that I train but sometimes I find it nice to just take a few weeks off from climbing. Kinda recharge the batteries, give the old body bag and those tiny injuries a chance to rest. I also find it hard to stay motivated without some sort of goal/project. I sent my last one too quick. If it actually cools off though maybe jail will be back in. wasn't it cool this past weke end? Probably. But it was 81 and glorious where I was. warming up this weke. going to be about that temp down hear this weke end, I think.

I have a weird rib cage so buying bikinis can be hard for me, which is why trying out a funky one piece is appealing to me. S/M/L sizes are generally pretty forgiving, and they only had M and XS last when I bought it. Worst case is that it doesn't fit and I return it. MEC is pretty good with that stuff.

I don't even know what a 180* wedgie is. So either I don't have it, or I have it and nobody ever told me. But i find 1-piece sizing to be way more forgiving, for buying sight-unseen, than the 2 piece. I would buy a one-piece online a dozen times before I attempt to buy a 2-piece.

Checked out a new area on Saturday. 5 mile uphill approach! Farthest I've gone to sport ckimb. Did a couple nice things on a brand new cliff, would have been 2 FAs but I took on each to not snake them from our tour guide. Last route of the day on a different cliff, was making a clip on an 11c, foot hold broke while I was clipping. Worst spot, my hand right next to the draw, rope in my teeth. Glad the instinct was to spit it out instead of clamp down. I think that's like 2x this year I've fallen with clipping slack out, yikes. Good news about the long approach is that its only 20 mins downhill on the bikes.

So I decided I should start tracking my food intake again to get rid of my winter weight. I hate this game. I really want a cookie.

I am currently using myfitnesspal to track calories and hopefully cut some weight. The transition from gym crushery to outside skillz has been clunky, but we all know this. I have LoseIt on my iPod touch and my iPad. Just loaded it up on my iPad and I'm curious if there's a way to sync between the two. It's an okay program, I'm not interested in tracking exercise, just calories and it has a good offline library of foods (though I'm sure this is not novel in the world of calorie tracking apps). Not as crazy starving as I thought I would be yesterday. I ate just over 1700 calories with 85g of protein intake, which isn't bad. I still hate this game.

Very psyched about that! GO We do, I think I'm still going to try to go XC sxiing today after work. The problem is that the type of ice I want to climb (read - steep ice) get unstable and dangerous in warm temps (read- falls down). The rock also unfreezes which is a bummer because most of the stuff we drytool is choss that should be frozen together. There's one wall that should still be stable enough to drytool on though about 1.5 hours away. I'll probably try for that this weekend.
