So I'm new to the state and don't know where anything is. I checked out necedah yesterday and found some bolted routes that looked promising, but I want to keep my options open. Does anyone know of any other places?

Hey Riskebiz There really isn't much sport climbing in Wisconsin. I believe that Necedah is your best bet. You may find some information about Gibralter Rock sport climbing, but that area is VERY CLOSED. The situation there can be very tense. On the bright side, trad climbing is lots of fun and Devil's lake has an absolute ton of it. High quality rock for leading and really easy top ropes for almost every climb. take care Patrick

Red Wing, MN is your next closest option.

La Crosse and Willow also offer excellent sport in WI, although you kinda of need to be be pretty strong to make either worth your while. Lax is slightly overhanging with a couple of moderates, while willow is widely overhanging with one or two routes that may be considered moderate. Necedah has a variety of bolted routes, but most are 11+. Your best bet there for 5.10 and below is to set top ropes via easy trad leads. Check this site for route descriptions, it is pretty accurate for all three locations.
