I'm sure everybody has noticed there are boulder problems that aren't in the guidebook. This doesn't include Blair Woods, for which the only guide is from Rock & Ice. Anybody know of any? Include descriptions, names, ratings, locations, etc... lets see how many there are... For Example- Unnamed, V1, on otherside of boulder with Classic Crack in Boulder Natural. Start in the crack and move up on crimps to sloping topout. Unnamed, V1, same boulder as above. Sit start using undercling, move up blunt arete to the left of the problem above. Unnamed, V1, backside of Classic Crack. Follow this crack from a sit to the right and top out. How about Mushroom Traverse? Gunsmoke?

this is just about guide books in general: have you ever tryed to make one its hard to keep up with all the routes. also if routes are put up after a book then there not in it. dont go ragging on the authour. also as for bouldering climb it if it looks fun not if its a hard number.

I've found that most bouldering guides don't contain every problem for a given area. If they did, you'd probably have a book too big to carry with you. Generally, the more "classic" or popular problems are the ones that get documented. How 'bout this....if it looks fun.....just climb it!!!

RC.com doesn't have any of the boulder probs at E-rock listed either. The only prob with this is that the guidebook for the park is already out of print. I think some other websites might have it though. I agree though.....JUST CLIMB IT!!! -Adam
