Does anyone have suggestions for somewhere to bring kids climbing in the Franconia Notch area? Planning a week of hiking, biking and kayaking with them, and hope I can add some climbing to that list.

Looking for 5.6 or lower, with short approach, preferably accessible to TR, but I will have full rack.

Thanks

TE

Check out Echo Crag (in the Secret's of the Notch guidebook), relatively short approach (under 10mins from the road), lots of short easier routes and not much loose rock. Downsides are that it is lead only (with good anchors for TR), not much room at the base for kids to run around while not climbing and might be a little buggy.

Hope that helps,

TN
