The point was that if you check the dew point before you drive to the Obed, you can usually figure the odds that the rock will be damp from condensate. The closer the dew point is to the current temp, the more likely there will be condensate. You can see the current dew point at oak ridge here: http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/current/KOQT.html
