Get up at 4am, do aerobics five days a week. Eat better, lift weights and climb in the gym at least three days a week. Gotta get in better shape to ease the agony of the hike to Taquitz and Suicide with sixty lbs. of gear on by back!

Widen my herizons, travel to new climbing areas. Get Stronger. Redpoint 5.12. Boulder more outside. Train harder than ever in the gym. This year I will not: Drink more than 2 cases of beer per week. Smoke out. Get down onself for being denied a send/red point/flash.

Edited for: Redpoint 5.12 on sport lead.

BASE the Rialto Tower. Put up some more death routes down in Sedona. I guess just push the envelope a little bit more.

My goal was to lose 10 pounds to improve my bouldering. Ended up losing 10 and then some last weekend when my favorite dog died. Happy frickin' New Year.

To continue to be optimistic in the most negative circumstances. For without hope for the future and belief in yourself you have nothing.
