Its going to be a HOTT weekend and I want to get some climbs in but also want to be able to cool off as well... does anyone know of a place where i can sport or top rope and take a short walk to some refreshing water for a swim?

Some of the lower cliffs at Rumney (e.g. Parking Lot Wall, Meadows Wall) are sport climbing, with a swimming hole just across the road (5 minutes away) in the local river. Not sure how much water is in the river right now... probably more splashing in water to cool down than serious swimming, though.
