I've recently added more full information on Cedar Bluff, Draper's Bluff, and Jackson Falls in southern Illinois. For those who might not know, the area has some world class (as in the Frankenjura, Germany) sandstone climbing up to 120'.
For anyone not having the guidebook, I've begun adding routes that I've done. There are many routes not included here, because I have not personally done them, and don't want to 'spray' about somethning I've not done myself. Cedar Bluff has a good number of routes entered into the RC database, now, to entice you if you haven't been there yet. I'll get to Draper's Bluff soon, and then Jackson Falls.
I encourage anyone, especially my fellow St. Louis area climbers, to get there while the weather is still pretty good. Temperatures at Draper's run about 10-15 degrees warmer than forecast, because of the south facing cliffline (gets more sun).

hi- do you have the guide book info for sothern illinois? used to live near st louis and might be back in the fall near Carlinville. let me know if there are good areas near there if you know. looks really cool. mg :P

Hey I'm heading out to Cedar Bluff and Drapers this weekend to introduce some people to climbing. I'm looking for two thing...
Any info on camping near those two areas
And any help figuring out the title of a good guidbook for the area.
Anyhelp would be appreciated!
