Host is somewhere else and link it.

I forgot he put it on pinkbike. Too bad its dark and you can't really see the bike landing on top of him

http://www.pinkbike.com/video/21115/

I guess someday when he finally kills himself doing something crazy they will get it on tape.Crazy

He should look into getting some editing software so he can cut down the video length. Windows Movie Maker is probably on your computer already. It sucks, but it is free and probably already have it.

You mean like this??

I saw he posted this on pinkbike, talking about getting his bike out the window and doing this "jump" Like thats gonna happen when we are home!!

don't take this the rong way, toady, but ....

I think your child isn't quite write in t3h head.
It's obviously a well thought out plan however. Notice how he placed a short length of plank to protect the gutters, thereby ensuring that he leaves no trace for his parents to find out he jumped his bike off the roof.

Where he fucked up is posting the picture pre-attack. Crazy
He is getting wiser though. That was his March idea. His June idea is to take a better ramp (reverse of this one) down to the lake pier, attach life jackets to his bike and do the jump into the lake. I like this idea better .
That's a good way to wreck his bike. He also better have a bunch of floaties on it. I doubt one would do it.

I'm bored.

I know I should go do something useful, like paint the bathroom, but I may or may not be going bouldering in a couple of hours (waiting for my friend to call).

Ya know what? I hate Southern Ontario. I couldn't find anyone who would go sport climbing with me this weekend.

*pout*
Cheesetits is not going to show up if you want to go bouldering. History reinforces this.
I'm going to bolt some shit in a few hours. Waiting for the rain to pass right now.
Grrrr
It wasn't me she was waiting for. She does have more than one friend
And indeed I did go bouldering. I had a better time yesterday than Saturday, my arms are tight and my shoulders a little sore.

Kelly, I still can't get through the backstroke crux, but I might be getting closer.

By the fall we will nail that suka!!
Its my grip strength that keeps failing me. Either I need to get on it all the time, or I've got to find slopers I can actually hang on to in the basement and set up some sort of system wall section.

Problem in question from three years ago (for any that might be interested):
[image]http://photos-b.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-sf2p/v58/8/85/502206225/n502206225_11545_3313.jpg[/image]
Glamor shot of Kelly too from a few weeks ago:

I foresee a lot of photos of us on this problem...its easy to get pretty good shots. We need one that shows that its actually pretty overhanging too.

That thing looks pretty stout. What does it go at?
V4 Although we thought it was 5. Its nice sandstone though, which is few and far between down in the gorge
It's really probably V3+Tongue

a wise man learns from the mistakes of others.
First lesson:

Don't bring six weeks worth of one's consummables of choice INTO the park. Bury it somewhere safely OUTSIDE the park, bringing with you only what you anticipate needing during your stay in the park.Unimpressed

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and guess that you, well, had "consummed" some of those "consummables" when you made the decision to bring it all into the Valley.
that was SOP back in the day. Well, night too. In fact, I was mildly surprised when 14 days later I tested negative. I thought it would have taken more on the order of 14 months, what with my history and all.
Back in the day.

Ahhh yes, abck in the day, I remember "Back in the Day"... Well parts of it atleast.
Summers of hard work, hard partying, hard climbing.... manual labour jobs (that really didn't take much thought to do)... Waking up, consume, drive to work, consume, work, consume, work more, consume more...

Ahhh... the day.
hahah back in the day. Wonder if your consumables were the same as my consumables back in the day?
Ah to be young. Party party then work then do it all again..and again.

Likely there were of the same variety.
Given that all that suff up for the most part, just the occational leaf now... and even that's a very rare occation. Typically only to get to sleep fast before an alpine start.
Same with me. The only bad habit I kept from the good ol dayz is the beer. You should go post your 2cents in the "does weed affect sex" thread. hahahah

I've more than kept up the beer comsumption. BeerMonkeyBeer

As for the weed and sex thread... I Don't think my responce is the answer the OP wants to hear.
That exact reason is why I didn't post there, although mine would be the female perspective

Deep, penetrating thoughts?

Sorry, You left that way too open not to say it.Unimpressed
That might almost be sig worthy

words of experience talking there.
I left early today. Had to pick up my son from his first day at his new job.
He nails a job in a bike shop....putting bikes together. Perfect job for a bike nut. What better than getting paid to do something you love...hrmm I think we talked about this a few pages back.

I'm actually jealous. Working in a bike shop would be way more fun than working here!

Don't know if I'd be able to make the mortgage payments though.
Doubt it would pay the bills plus you would probably spend your pay in the shop on gear!!! Which is likely what he is going to do too Crazy
Another bonus is he gets the weekends off. So now I can drag him and his sister on a little canoe/kayak trip.
Or climbing

Actually, since Jack (tripperjm) is a .12 and more climber I don't know who did the serving. Yes, my statement of flopping on a .12 this weekend is a bit sprayish, but I don't think I flaunted it, considering the pic in mention is of me falling off of it...

Still, he is in the wrong thread.

Work sucks today.

Shot me (figuratively, not litteraly)

Sucks to be you. Do the bearings wear out faster because of the mud you drive thru? If so, suck it up.

No.

I'm having to do them because the Truck is 18 years old. The breaks on the other hand... the guy I bought the truck off of a little over a year ago either lied about doing the front breaks or never learned how to use the gears in the truck to slow it down.

The front breaks were a pain in the ass to do, not because it was a difficult job, but rather to replace the rotors on a Toyota 4x4 you have to pull the lacking hubs (free wheel hubs), and the front wheel bearings in order to remove the disks, then you have to remove them from the backing plate and reinstall...
The benifit is that I know the front beriongs are good (and easier to replace when I need to do that than the rear bearings (untill I swap out the crappy IFS for a solid front axle.... can't wait for that).
Maybe he took it to the place that did my breaks thee time before last. I only had 20k-30,000 miles on them and they were shot.Mad
