*waves* Um, hi! I'm new here, but I did want to say that my accomplishment was getting back into climbing in the first place, after a five year layoff. I wasn't that advanced to start with (was climbing 10a's in the gym, and was just starting to lead) but I was pleased to see that it was like riding a bike. Things started coming back to me and now I'm climbing 9s. it felt really good to start climbing again. I got a membership to a local gym and I'm going 2-3 times a week to boulder (I don't have a regular partner yet).

Led my first 10+ in the gym. Followed with an onsight 10 lead. Then the other day, my first trip to Exit 38, WA, I did an onsight lead of an 8. The thing that was big about all three was the mental aspect: I just decided to do it. No deliberating. No fretting. No freaking. Just got in the zone and did it.

My latest accomplishment regarding climbing would be that I have drastically improved my stamina on the rock. It takes forever to get pumped and when I do, I recover much faster than I ever have.
