I am not one of 'those' women.
If a guy I climb with climbs harder (usually the case as I prefer climbing with those higher level than me), I pick my own lead climbs, and I belay him on his.
I still like to get my leads in there too you know 
Besides, aren't women really the true leaders in this world?
