Anyway, it's going to be a tense couple of days trying to locate another one in town, but we're trying our damndest... good grief!
Sport climbing leads directly to bad ju-ju. hahahaha Bouldering, on the other hand.......

I've got a black soft-top Jeep Wrangler, with six bumper stickers:
Life Net Air Ambulance, International Association of EMTs and Paramedics, National Registry of EMTs, Bluewater Ropes, Yates Climbing Gear, and Wilderness Exchange.
Oh, and it's got Colorado tags. (No, I haven't changed them yet... still trying to hold on to my Colorado connection.)

For those who would like to get a bouldering tour of the Mt. Elden bouldering areas on Saturday, here is the beta -
BobD and I will be arriving in Flagstaff, around 10am or so on Saturday morning and heading first to the West Elden bouldering area. These boulders can be found by following these directions:
Take rte. 180 north (toward the Grand Canyon) until you come to Schultz Pass Road, just past the Museum of Northern Arizona. Take a right on schultz Pass Road. After 1/2 mile or so, bear right onto Mt. Elden Lookout Road. Follow this for 3 to 4 miles until the road comes very close to the base of Mt. Elden (on your right) and park there. Some of the boulders are plainly visible from the various parking areas. The total distance from downtown Flagstaff to West Elden is about 9 miles.
There are many good moderate boulder problems here and a few harder things--basically something for everyone. After West Elden we may head over to Gloria's Rocks, where there are some stupidly hard boulder problems.

I have a silver Toyota 4Runner with a JTree sticker on the back. LP 390-CYN.
I thought the CYN part was cool, but I apparently was too early to get the 420. :P

Looks like I may not be able to get out of work early after all, so I'll be heading up around 4:30 or so and will probably roll into the campground around 7:30 pm

I definitely want in on that 10am action. I may opt our of the stupid hard problems at West Elden for some loungin' roof problems at the Draw, though.
